In order to become a PO at Nellis you must have a Constitution and By-Laws, Insurance Policy or Insurance Waiver and List of Officers (see PO Requirements). Submit the private org package to 99 FSS/FSR (located in Bldg 11/Room 207) or you may email it to 99fss.svfbl@us.af.mil. 99 FSS/FSR will accomplish a letter and hand-carry to USAFWC/JA for review. After USAFWC/JA reviews, if there are changes the Private Org POC is contacted.  If there are no changes, the package is forwarded to 99 FSS/CC and 99 MSG/CC for approval.  Once approved, the Private Org POC is contacted and provided approval documentation. Make sure your constitution and Bylaws meet all requirements on the PO Checklist.
