In order to become a PO at Creech or Nellis you must have a Constitution and By-Laws, Insurance Policy or Insurance Waiver and List of Officers (see PO Requirements). Submit the private org package to 99 FSS/FSR (located in Bldg 11/Room 207) or you may email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. 99 FSS/FSR will accomplish a letter and hand-carry to USAFWC/JA for review. After USAFWC/JA reviews, if there are changes the Private Org POC is contacted. If there are no changes, the package is forwarded to 99 FSS/CC and 99 MSG/CC for approval. Once approved, the Private Org POC is contacted and provided approval documentation. Make sure your constitution and Bylaws meet all requirements on the PO Checklist.
The following items are due annually for private organizations: Financial statement and budget are due annually. The constitution and by-laws are due every two years or whenever there are amendments.
